Esperanza’s mission is to let every reader know they are not alone, and wants to remind them they belong. Together, they will work on self-love and self-acceptance.

Don’t ever forget that, We belong!

MEET ESPERANZA

Esperanza is having trouble fitting in at school. She has no friends, and even after she changes the way she looks, it doesn't help. Then she meets the kids in the Bee YOUrself Club and learns that real friends like her just the way she is. Throughout the story, Esperanza shares the different strategies she uses to cope with her feelings, such as art therapy and journaling. The book includes space for readers to try out these strategies, too. By encouraging positive thinking and self-reflection, this story paves the way for readers to feel happier and more confident.

" To anyone who felt like they didn't belong. WE belong.
